Our rent-to-own program lets clubs and venues across the United States open a professional padel court without paying the full price up front and without a bank loan. You pay a down payment, a fixed monthly fee while the court is already generating bookings, and a final purchase option to keep it.

Amounts per court, plus applicable sales tax. Installation and site works are not included and are paid by the club. Total with the purchase option: USD 34,000 per court before sales tax and installation. Renting is subject to approval and a signed contract.

How the numbers work for a club

  • About 10 booked hours a month cover the fee. Peak-hour court rental in the US averages around USD 100 indoor and USD 80 outdoor.
  • That is roughly 2% of a court’s available hours, counting 15 playable hours a day.
  • A court in the US brings in an estimated USD 4,500 to 8,500 a month, so the fee represents about 12% to 22% of that revenue.

How it works

  1. Apply. Tell us about your venue, your location and how many courts you need.
  2. Approval and contract. We review your project and sign the renting agreement.
  3. Down payment. You pay USD 5,000 per court and we schedule manufacturing and shipping.
  4. Installation. The court is installed on your slab and opens for play.
  5. Monthly fee. You pay USD 1,000 a month for 24 months while the court earns bookings.
  6. Purchase option. At month 24 you pay USD 5,000 and the court becomes yours.

Frequently asked questions

Who owns the court during the renting period? The court remains our property until you exercise the purchase option at month 24.

Do I need a bank loan? No. The program is designed so a club can start with the down payment and pay the rest from court revenue.
