We supply and install professional padel courts for clubs, private residences, resorts, sports venues and real estate developers across the United States. From the concrete slab specifications to the final turf, our team supports your project at every step.
How padel court installation works
- Project review. Tell us your location, the number of courts and whether the project is indoor or outdoor. We help you choose the right model.
- Site and slab specifications. A padel court measures 20 × 10 meters (about 66 × 33 feet). We send the specifications for the concrete base so your contractor can prepare a level slab with proper drainage.
- Manufacturing. Your court is built with laser cutting and robotic welding, hot-dip galvanized steel and certified 12 mm tempered glass.
- Shipping. The court is packed and shipped to your site in the United States.
- Installation. The steel structure is anchored to the slab, then the glass, mesh, artificial turf and LED lighting are installed.
- Handover. The court is checked and delivered ready to play.
What you need before installation
- A level concrete slab built to our specifications.
- Clear access to the site for delivery and assembly.
- Electrical supply for the LED lighting.
- For indoor courts, enough clear height above the playing area. The International Padel Federation sets a minimum of 6 meters (about 20 feet).
- Any local building permits your city or county requires.
Court supply only or full installation
You can order the court with full installation support, or supply only if you already work with a local crew. Either way, every court includes 12 mm tempered glass and a hot-dip galvanized steel structure as standard, and you choose the turf color and the structure color.
