We design, manufacture and install premium padel courts for clubs, sports complexes and private projects around the world. Courts Padel USA brings that experience to the United States.

Our story

Since 2021 we have run our own factory. That gives us full control over every stage: engineering, cutting, welding, painting, finishing and assembly. The result is precise courts, reliable lead times and consistent quality on every project.

Our factory works with robotic arms, laser cutting, 3D profile modeling, industrial painting ovens and three-phase MIG welding. Modern technology, with careful craftsmanship in every detail.

We build courts designed to last, meet competition standards and add value to every sports facility.
