Padel Court Renting vs Buying: Which Is Right for Your Club?

Two ways to get a professional padel court. One asks for the full price up front. The other lets the court help pay for itself.

Buying

  • You pay the full price of the court before it earns anything.
  • You own the court from day one.
  • A padel court kit in the US market typically costs USD 30,000 to 60,000 before installation.

Renting (rent-to-own)

  • At signingUSD 5,000 down
  • Months 1 to 24USD 1,000 / month
  • Month 24USD 5,000 purchase option

Amounts per court, plus applicable sales tax. Installation is paid separately by the club. The court is yours once you exercise the purchase option.

Which one fits you

  • Choose buying if you have the capital available and want ownership from the start.
  • Choose renting if you would rather keep your cash for the slab, installation and opening costs, and pay the court from bookings.

The same court either way

Both options give you the same court: 12 mm tempered glass, hot-dip galvanized steel and your choice of turf and structure colors.

Compare both options for your project.
